Lakshya is proud to announce the National Standard Examination results in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Astronomy. A total of 34 students have got selected from the 1st stage of International Olympiad program. 8 students in Physics, 12 students in Chemistry, 4 students in Biology and 10 students in Astronomy have been selected for the next stage of International Olympiads. Lakshya congratulates all its selected students and wishes them all the very best for the further stages.
All About International Olympiads
NSEP, NSEC, NSEB, NSEA, NSEJS (FIRST STAGE OF INTERNATIONAL OLYMPIADS)
The International Olympiad programmes in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Astronomy and junior science are a five stage process for each subject separately. The first stage of International Olympiads for each subject is organized by the Indian Association of Physics Teachers (IAPT) and is called National Standard Examinations in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Astronomy and Junior Sciences.
All the remaining stages are organized by Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE).
The students selected in first stage (National Standard Examination) will now appear in 2nd stage i.e. INPhO, INChO, INBO, INAO and INJSO on January 28th and 29th 2017 depending on the subjects.
